Hi, I’m Donna Meadows, an Accredited Strategic Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist with a deep passion for mental health and personal transformation. With years of experience in the mental health sector, I specialise in helping individuals break free from negative patterns, overcome challenges, and achieve lasting change.

Start your transformation with mindful breathing

Notice your breath. Follow the simple steps below and the guided breathing aid to de-stress and reduce anxiety.

  • Breathe in through your nose for four counts — expanding your belly as you breathe through your diaphragm.

  • Hold your breath for seven counts. Notice the fullness in your diaphragm.

  • Purse your lips and breathe out through your mouth for eight counts. Feel your belly deflate.

Note how you feel each time you inhale, hold and exhale. Repeat this 4-7-8 breathing pattern at least three times for the maximum benefit.
